LImited Edition Product Launch
For a good time. Not a long time.
The Challenge
Bite wanted to delight new and existing customers with limited edition summer toothpaste bit flavors. Responding to numerous requests for both Watermelon and Cinnamon, the brand sought to test their popularity. The challenge was to craft enticing flavor names, design special packaging, and create unique offerings that would stand out within the brand's product range.
The Result
Successfully launching two seasonal flavors not only engaged customers, but also raised awareness about climate change and ocean pollution, with a portion of the sales supporting relevant non-profit organizations. Collaborating with illustrator Taylor Dasbach, we infused a playful style into the product packaging. We captured the products in flavor-specific settings to provide more context to the names. Additionally, we created assets for use across Bite’s email, social media, website, and digital ads. During launch week, we saw a 16% increase in total sales and a 29% increase in site sessions compared to the previous week. In addition, the plain-text launch email was highly successful, generating over $11.7k in revenue.
