Clean ingredients, clean launch.
The Challenge
Bite set out to launch a new sustainable product line, featuring the Carbon Capture Cleanser soap bar with two accessories—a soap pouch to replace plastic loofahs and a diatomite soap tray. The challenge was to develop and execute a comprehensive launch strategy, including creating photo and video content that would resonate across all channels and effectively communicate the brand's commitment to sustainability.
The Result
Working closely with agency Hart & Highland, our team led the development of photo and video content that was visually compelling and aligned with Bite’s brand. This content was strategically integrated across the website, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media, driving strong engagement and positive customer feedback. 
During Launch Week, we saw a 31% increase in total sales and a 26% increase in online store sessions, social sessions increased by 10% week over week, and the Launch Email became Bite's most successful email ever in terms of revenue generated.
