Bite sought to introduce their latest product: Body Balm, a solid, refillable, and plastic-free moisturizer designed for daily use. With a higher price point, the challenge was to create a campaign that not only highlighted the product’s earth-friendly attributes but also conveyed its premium quality through compelling storytelling and visuals. This required a strategic approach to showcase the product's benefits and innovative design across all content channels, ensuring it resonated with a wide audience.
The Result
To integrate the Body Balm into Bite’s brand narrative, we captured the product's essence through a sensual, skin-first beauty shoot, emphasizing its luxurious feel and eco-conscious design. The visuals were used across PR, the website, emails, social media, digital ads, and SMS, communicating the product benefits and driving strong engagement. The launch positioned the Body Balm as a must-have in the daily routines of eco-conscious consumers. We saw a 23% increase in total sales and a 54% increase in site traffic during launch week compared to the previous week. Moreover, we experienced a 227% increase in site sessions from Instagram, attributed to the Instagram content posted.
